Standing Journals

Standing Journals are journals for fixed amounts that are processed on a periodic (usually monthly) basis. Examples of standing journals are:

• Rent payments
• Fixed salary amounts
• Monthly insurance payments
• Monthly depreciation
• Etc.

There are two stages to standing journals:

• Defining journals
• Processing journals.

Standing Journals are accessed from Main Menu> Financials> Accounting> Standing Journals.
